⇒ Trademark registration procedure is a common name, there are other names such as trademark registration, product trademark registration.
Trademark registration procedures
- Declaration of trademark registration (2 copies): According to form 04-NH specified in Appendix A TT 01/2007/TT-BKHCN.
- The mark template must be clearly presented with the size of each element in the mark not larger than 80mm and not less than 8mm, the overall mark must be presented in the 80mm x 80mm mark template printed on the declaration
- Business registration certificate (copy), contract or other document certifying the applicants product production or service provision if the NOIP has doubts about the authenticity of the information stated in the application
- Proof of payment of fees and charges
Registration process
In case of filing an authorization through your companys intellectual property representative at the NOIP, our work will include:
- Advice on all matters related to the filing of a trademark application
- Prepare the application form, sign the application, submit the application
- Notice of application submission after application, and other related notices
- Handling all omissions related to the Application
- Consulting solutions to overcome the NOIPs refusal
- Monitor the progress of the application and regularly update the status until the NOIPs final conclusion on the trademark registration
- Advice on the use of trademarks after granting the license (if there is a Certificate)
Documents filed for trademark registration
To file a trademark application, you only need to provide us with the following information/ documents:
- Name and address of the trademark owner (if registered under the name of company, the name of company/address must match the Business Registration Certificate)
- Sample trademark application for registration.
- List of products, goods and services to be registered.
- Power of Attorney (Provided after receiving registration information)
