CARGO ELEVATOR

1. Introduction

- Thien Nam Elevator Company is a manufacturer of high quality cargo elevators in Vietnam. Products are being exported to Japan, present in factories, supermarkets, large and small in Vietnam. Thien Nam Company has full experience in designing and manufacturing a wide range of cargo lifts to meet the very different uses and architectural requirements of the factory. Thien Nam cargo elevator has a capacity of up to 6 tons, opening compartment up to 6m with horizontal sliding doors and vertical sliding doors elevators with engine room, no engine room and hydraulic power have special features of each type suitable for each type of project.

- Thien Nam cargo elevator is designed firmly, suitable, capable of long-term use with allowable deformation from the door sill to the elevator cabin.

- For high requirements, cargo elevator will be more expensive than passenger elevators of the same load and speed. For compact goods factories, it is possible to use a passenger lift with a simple design for loading that is more cost-effective.

2. Features of cargo elevator

- The operating system is designed with microprocessor to increase safety, reliability, flexibility in response to different conditions of use in factories, convenient for transporting goods, raw materials for production lines.

- Door control system uses variable voltage - frequency VVVF with small and medium sized doors, using DC type for large size doors to increase the capacity and sustainability of the system.

- Engine control: Using stepless speed control, by frequency and voltage conversion system (VVVF) to save energy, precise landing gear for easy transport combined with forklifts.
