WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR VEGETABLE OIL

1. Vegetable oil wastewater origin
- In the current production process, the discharged wastewater contains: A large amount of grease, inorganic solids, suspended organic solids, these substances are generated from the oil cooling and washing process. Small amounts of wastewater arise from cleaning equipment in processing and manufacturing systems.

2. Technological scheme of Wastewater Treatment System For Vegetable Oil

- Wastewater: Wastewater from production area according to the drainage system flowing into the collection pit of wastewater treatment plant. Here, sewage screen is installed in the collection pit to remove large impurities. Then wastewater is pumped to oil separator tank.

- Sediment tanks: Water after anoxic tank - aerotank flows itself into a sedimentation tank. Sludge is retained at the bottom of sedimentation tanks.
- Pressure Tank: Waste water after going through the pressure filter tank will pass through the nano tank to remove the remaining SS amount, and disinfect the wastewater.
