 OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TRAINING

The Industrial Equipment Safety Inspection Joint Stock Company (SIE) provides occupational safety and hygiene training services for businesses nationwide, in compliance with legal regulations and the framework curriculum set by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. The goal is to help businesses prevent risk, protect worker health, and improve production efficiency.

1. What is occupational safety and hygiene training?

2. Purpose of training

• Helps businesses prevent accidents and raise workers self-awareness.
• Optimizes productivity and work efficiency.
• Equips workers with knowledge to recognize hazards, understand causes of incidents, and perform basic first aid.
• Protects the health, assets, and reputation of the business.

3. Legal basis

• The Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (2016).
• Decrees 88/2020/NĐ-CP, 39/2016/NĐ-CP, and 44/2016/NĐ-CP.
• Businesses are legally required to provide safety training to all workers, including apprentices and probationary staff.

4. Trainee groups

• Group 1: Managers responsible for occupational safety and hygiene (directors, plant managers, department heads, etc.).
• Group 2: Staff working in occupational safety and hygiene (full-time or part-time officers).
• Group 3: Workers performing jobs with strict occupational safety and hygiene requirements.
• Group 4: Workers not falling into Groups 1, 2, 3, or 5 (including apprentices and probationary staff).
• Group 5: Medical staff at the workplace.
• Group 6: Safety and hygiene representatives, as required by law.

5. Training service at SIE

• Officially designated by the Occupational Safety Department (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) to provide training for all 6 groups, under Decision 1977/QĐ-LĐTBXH.
• Instructors with many years of experience, certified by the Occupational Safety Department.
• Lessons closely follow the framework curriculum, combined with real-world scenarios.
• Training organized nationwide, delivered on-site at reasonable cost.
• Records and certificates maintained and issued in accordance with legal requirements.
