1. Product details

• Plastic decal labels have high durability, flexibility, and long service life, offering an ideal balance of quality and cost. Plastic decals are strong, flexible, and resistant to scuffing during transportation. They are used for product labeling and packaging in environments where movement, friction, or impact is expected. Labels can be die-cut into various shapes, specifications, and colors.

• Typically available in two types: clear plastic decals and opaque plastic decals (milky decals).

• Common applications: vehicle decals, water bottle decals, helmet logos, ATM machine stickers, cosmetic labels.

• Plastic decal printing is waterproof, fade-resistant, etc.

2. Technical specifications

• Product dimensions: According to customer design.

• Printing specifications: Offset printing from 1–4 colors, UV coating, cutting, die-cutting per customer requirements.

• Design requirements:

• Bitmap images must be high resolution and sized accurately.

• File color mode must be CMYK.

• Minimum resolution for high-quality printing is 300 dpi.

• For Photoshop designs, file dimensions must be exact.
