Structure of a 5-layer carton sheet
➽ Top Layer (Facing Layer): This is the outermost layer of the carton sheet and therefore usually has the best aesthetic appeal. The material for the top layer is often high-quality paper with a variety of colors depending on customer requirements. This layer is also used for printing company logos, slogans, and images. The printing technology applied is Offset or flexo with 1-3 ink colors.
➽ 2 Sinusoidal Corrugated Layers (Fluting Layers): These two corrugated layers play the role of shock absorption for goods, preventing impact and ensuring that packaged goods are not scratched.
