❖ Structure of carton box
The carton box is made of 3 layers (2 flat brown paper layers + 1 E-flute corrugated layer), specifically:
+ Outer flat paper: The exterior layer is brown, used for printing brand logos, sender and receiver information, and order product details.
+ Inner flat paper: Similar to the outer layer.
+ Middle corrugated layer: Made from corrugated paper, providing high puncture resistance, acting as a cushion layer for the carton box.

The product dimensions are optimized for COD parcel packaging.
Standard sizes comply with the requirements of major courier services such as GiaoHangNhanh, Viettel Post, GoldTimes Post, Giaohangtietkiem, Vnpost – Vietnam Post, EMS, etc. The dimensions are optimized for fast delivery and categorized for shipments of 250g, 500g, and 1000g.
