Double-sided tape offers an easy and effective way to bond two surfaces—whether identical or different—without the mess or inconvenience of traditional glue. It provides a clean and aesthetic alternative for a wide range of applications.

 

 

► Material: Double-sided tape comes in various types with different base materials and adhesive layers.

 

- Tissue double-sided tape: Made from soft tissue paper coated with acrylic adhesive on both sides.

- Fabric double-sided tape: Features a thin woven fabric layer with synthetic rubber adhesive.

- Foam double-sided tape: A popular variant ideal for surfaces needing slight cushioning. The release liner is typically made of poly-coated or glassine paper (a translucent, oil-resistant paper). These tapes are thin, transparent, and maintain a neat appearance—ideal for high-aesthetic applications. Tissue tapes are easy to tear and peel by hand, making them user-friendly.

 

 

The base tape color ranges from translucent to white, with white or yellow release liners. Widths can range from 5mm up to 1008mm, and lengths are customizable. The tape can withstand short-term heat up to 60°C.

 

 

Tissue double-sided tape is the most widely used type and finds application in:
