Construction & Installation
We offer two types of cold storage solutions:
1. Prefabricated Cold Storage

These units are constructed off-site and then assembled at the desired location. The main advantage of prefabricated cold storage is that it can be easily disassembled and relocated if needed. Additionally, these units do not require traditional construction materials, which simplifies the installation process. The exterior panels of prefabricated cold storage units are made from a variety of materials, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal.
2. Built-from-Scratch Cold Storage
For businesses looking for a more permanent solution, built-from-scratch cold storage facilities are an excellent option. While the initial cost of construction may be lower compared to prefabricated units, it’s important to note that the long-term energy consumption and operational costs can be higher. Additionally, these facilities cannot be easily relocated once they are built.
Installation Process

1. Site Preparation

2. Installing the Ceiling Suspension System
Based on the 3D design blueprint, we install the ceiling suspension system. This system is crucial for supporting the cooling equipment and ensuring that the cold storage facility operates efficiently.
3. Panel Installation
Next, we install the wall and ceiling panels, ensuring that all connections are secure and airtight. This includes installing the wall-to-ceiling, wall-to-floor, and wall-to-wall (corner) panels. 4. Door Installation
The final step in the installation process is the installation of the cold storage doors. We offer both hinged and sliding doors, depending on your specific needs. The doors are designed to provide a tight seal, preventing any heat from entering the storage area.
