SVR 20 RUBBER
1. Product introduction:
- Raw materials for processing this type of rubber are secondary latex, they are mixed together in a suitable proportion to create quality products.
- The specification for this type of rubber are: Po index, impurity content, retention index of PRI plasticity, ash content, volatile matter content, nitrogen content.
- The different nature of the raw materials used to process this type of rubber requires a stricter quality check of grades derived from latex (SVR L, CV) and an elaborate blend.
- The production of rubber blocks from latex requires a lot of steps: Preliminary washing, chopping (reducing size), drying, etc.
2. Application:
- This type of rubber is produced from winter latex and pus and undergoes mature process, so the rubber is hard.
- Tire technology using this rubber mixed with low-grade RSS, the SVR20 produced very good products.
- In addition, it also coordinates with latex grades to create a general purpose GP product to meet the basic requirements of tire technology.
