SVR 3L RUBBER

1. Product introduction:

- SVR3L is a very popular type of rubber in the Vietnamese rubber industry, the product is dominant in comparison with the previous technology produced RSS.

- This product is being used in many fields, in order to meet the standard of 3L products, it must satisfy important characteristics such as: Po, color (Lovibond), content of dirt, vulcanization, etc.

2. Product application:

- Characteristics of Po parameters of this rubber is high (Po> 35), so it is very suitable for products that require high elasticity, high abrasion resistance such as high-grade automobile tires, belts, electric cables, High-end thickened soles, medical products, electronic industry.

3. Technical characteristics:

- Contaminant content (not surpassed): 0.03 % (m/m)

- Ash content (not pass): 0.50 % (m/m)

- Nitrogen content (not pass): 0.60 % (m/m)

- Volatile matter content (does not pass): 0.08 % (m/m)

- First plasticity (Po), not less than: 35

- Flexible plastic index (PRI), not less than: 60

4. Packing:

Divided into two categories:

+ Bulk without pallets: Packed in PE bags, weighing 33.33kg / piece or 35kg / package, 20-21ton / cont.

+ Goods packed in wooden pallets and plastic pallets: Packed in PE bags, weighing 33.33kg / piece or 35kg / piece, 1.2 tons / pallet - 1.26 tons / piece, 19.2 - 20.16 tons / cont.
