Specifications
- 920A: Viscous, colorless or light yellow liquid, primarily consisting of Epoxy resin.
- 920B: Viscous, dark yellow liquid, primarily consisting of Polyamide resin.
- Packaging: 1kg plastic bottle for each component (920A and 920B).
- Shelf Life: 24 months.
Usage Instructions
- Mixing: Take equal parts of 920A and 920B and mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Surface Preparation: Clean the bonding surfaces from dust, grease, dirt and sand the surfaces if needed to improve adhesion.
- Bonding: Use a stick, brush, or appropriate tool to apply the mixed adhesive to the surface. Carefully press the two surfaces together.
- Fixing: If the surfaces are not fully dry, use tape or a fixture to avoid slipping.
Important Notes
- The mixed adhesive should be used within 1.5 hours to prevent it from curing prematurely.
- Larger amounts of adhesive may generate heat, reducing the working time.
- Not suitable for materials like silicone rubber, PVC, polyethylene, and polystyrene.
- Keep away from children and limit direct skin contact.
