Honeycomb Paper (also known as honeycomb cardboard) is a material designed based on the structure of a beehive. The core of the honeycomb paper is made from recycled paper, and it is covered with layers of paper or fiberglass on the exterior. Production Process
- Core Formation: The honeycomb core is formed through a process of applying adhesive, cutting the core, and shaping it according to the thickness required by the customer.
- Surface Paper Application: After the adhesive is applied to both sides of the honeycomb core and surface paper, it is pressed, glued, and dried to ensure durability.
- Cutting to Size: Once the large sheet of honeycomb paper is formed, cutting machines trim it to the appropriate size based on customer specifications.
