Product Description:
Our packing plywood features a smooth, flat, and lightweight surface, free from holes and defects. It offers uniform thickness on both sides, making it easy to saw and paint. Though it has lower quality standards than furniture-grade plywood, it is an economical choice for packaging needs.

- Thickness: 2.0mm to 25mm (with a tolerance of ±0.2mm to 0.5mm)

• AA/BB: AA-grade face, BB-grade back
• BB/CC: BB-grade face, CC-grade back
- Face/Back Veneers: Canarium, Styrax, Bintangor, Pencil Cedar, Sapele
- Core Material: 100% mixed local hardwood (Styrax, Acacia, Eucalyptus)
- Tolerance: 0.3mm to 0.5mm
- Glue Type: MR (Urea Formaldehyde)
- Moisture Content: 8-14% maximum
Weight & Packaging:
The plywood is securely packed on wooden pallets with steel belts, compressed into block sizes. Typical shipping details include:
- 8 pallets per 20ft container
- 16 to 18 pallets per 40ft HC container
- Approximately 45 CBM or 23-25 MT per 40ft HC container (or per customer requirements).
Additional Information:
- Delivery Port: Haiphong Port, Vietnam
- Delivery Time: Plywood will be delivered within 10 days of receiving the deposit or confirmed LC.
- Payment Terms:
+ T/T: 30% deposit, 70% payable upon receiving the Bill of Lading copy.
+ L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
- Supply Capacity: 1 container (40ft HQ) per day, or 30 containers (40ft HQ) per month.
