■ Operating Principle: The semi-automatic high-frequency sealing machine operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the aluminum film is placed on the bottle mouth and passed through the machines electromagnetic field, the induced current heats the aluminum film quickly. The adhesive layer on the aluminum film melts and adheres tightly to the bottle mouth.
■ Temperature Control: The machine features a simple temperature control panel with a display. The temperature can be adjusted depending on the diameter of the bottle being sealed. Larger or thicker bottle caps require higher heat, while smaller or thinner caps require lower heat.
■ Adjustable Diameter: The machine accommodates a sealing diameter of up to 120 mm, adjustable to fit the mouths of various bottles and jars.
Instructions for Use:
✩ Place the aluminum film close to the bottom of the bottle cap, ensuring it is not wrinkled and makes good contact with the bottle mouth.
✩ Tighten the bottle cap so that the aluminum film is pressed firmly against the bottle mouth.
✩ When filling the bottle, avoid spilling or getting the product on the bottle mouth, as this can prevent proper contact and hinder the heating process.
✩ To prevent the hot aluminum film from sticking to the bottle cap, ensure there is a sufficient layer of insulation paper between the aluminum film and the bottle cap.
✩ Test the adhesion of the aluminum film after it has cooled to normal temperature for about 3-5 minutes to ensure accuracy and safety.
