INTRODUCTION OF 3-LAYER CARTON
A 3-layer carton is made from three layers of paper: two outer layers and one corrugated layer in the middle, shaped like a sinusoid.
Structure of a 3-Layer Box:
▬ Upper Layer: This is the outer layer of the box, chosen for its smooth, aesthetically pleasing appearance and bright colors. Many companies print their names, images, logos, or slogans on this layer.
▬ Intermediate Layer: This corrugated layer sits between the upper and bottom layers. It typically comes in four flute types: A, B, C, and E. The type of corrugation is ed based on the box’s intended use.
▬ Bottom Layer: This layer is designed to be slightly thicker to provide additional support.
