Introduction
Nhat Nam offers custom-made rollers and idlers that are designed to meet the specific needs of customers. Idlers (rollers) are vital to the conveying process. They support the belt and conveyed material along its full length preventing it from stretching, sagging and eventually failing. Conveyor rollers and idlers are often required to operate in harsh environments such as dirty, dusty, high humidity, and drastically high or low temperatures. Live Roller Idlers
Live roller idlers have rotating shaft that directly support and drive the conveyor belt. They are designed to handle higher allowable loads than flat belt idlers.
Live roller idlers are comprised of a single roll with a pillow block bearing at each end.

Flat Belt Idlers
Flat belt idlers are components used in conveyor systems that support and guide flat belts. They are designed to maintain proper belt tension, assist with belt tracking, and reduce friction and wear on the belt.
It has a rise bracket to provide the widest coverage while metering material flow.

Flat Return Idlers
Flat return idlers are positioned beneath the conveyor belt to assist in its smooth and efficient return along the bottom part of the conveyor.
These idlers consist of a single steel roll mounted on two brackets.

V-Return Idlers
V-return idlers used in conveyor systems to support and guide the return side of a conveyor belt. They are designed with a V-shaped configuration to help center and guide the belt as it returns along the bottom part of the conveyor.
They consist of two rolls in a v-shaped profile of either 10° or 15°.

Picking Table Idlers
Picking table idlers designed for manual sorting or picking operations, typically used on picking tables or workstations where operators manually inspect, sort, or process items on a conveyor belt.
They spread the material out by using a longer center roll and short concentrator rolls angled at 20° making inspection or tramp iron detection easier and more reliable.

Troughing Idlers
Troughing idlers are a type of idler used in conveyor systems to support and shape the carrying side of a conveyor belt.
They are designed with a troughed shape, typically in the form of a three-roll configuration, to create a trough or channel that helps contain and guide the conveyed material.
