➢ Flat bamboo sticks are bamboo sticks made from bamboo roots using a shaping machine with very precise dimensions.

2) Sticks making process without toxic chemicals at Tri Phat:

Step 1: Pre-process the shrimp in the forest to avoid the ingredients being damaged due to being left for a long time. After that, the toothpicks are transferred to processing facilities to prepare for flavoring and steaming.

Step 2: The toothpick is soaked in cinnamon and steamed for 5-6 hours to absorb the aroma and the bacteria in the ingredients are destroyed by the heat.
