1. Product information
- Gully grate with frame: This type of gully grate has an outer frame, the outer frame has a fixed positioning effect for the inside gully grate. The gully grate is the main force-bearing part when vehicles pass by.

2. Standard BS EN 124:1994
Manhole covers, garbage screens, gully grates, gratings made of steel, cast iron and composite materials are manufactured by Minh Hai according to ISO9001-2008 and BS EN124 standards.
Depending on the design load and installation location, manhole cover products are divided into 4 levels: A, B, C, D.
- Level A: Load = 15kN ~ 1.5 tons or 75kN ~ 7.5 tons
Use only in places designated for pedestrians or bicycles.
- Level B: Load = 125kN ~ 12.5 tons
Use on sidewalks, pedestrian areas, motorbikes, and car parks.
- Level C: Load = 250kN ~ 25 tons.
Use to install curbs, maximum 0.5m from the sidewalk towards the road and 0.2m away from pedestrians.
- Level D: Load = 400kN ~ 40 tons.
Used on roadways and parking lots for all road vehicles.
3. Manufacturing process
Step 1: Choosing cast iron raw materials: choosing raw materials is the first and important step in the product manufacturing process. Therefore, materials for casting manhole covers are always carefully ed by Minh Hai company, ensuring high quality. The ed cast iron is standard cast iron, clean and low in impurities, has high mechanical strength, and is imported from the most prestigious cast iron production units in Vietnam.
Step 2: Put the cast iron into the medium frequency furnace, heat it to a temperature of about 1800 degrees Celsius, then pour it into the intermediate pot.
Step 3: Pour liquid cast iron into molds in many shapes and sizes according to customer requirements.
Step 4: After waiting for the product temperature to decrease to a level that allows workers to remove the product from the mold.
Step 5: Clean the molded product by shot blasting or sandblasting to create a smooth surface.
Step 6: Mechanically process the product, creating beautiful decorative patterns on the surface.
Step 7: Technically check the product and proceed to release the finished product to the market.
