- Decision No. 190/1999/QD-BLDTBXH dated March 3, 1999.
- Decision No. 1580/2000/QD-BLDTBXH dated December 26, 2000.
- Decision No. 1152/2003/QD-ELETEXH dated September 18, 2003, Circular No. 36/2012/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 28, 2012 of The Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs are entitled to benefits on labor protection, wages, and social insurance prescribed in the Labor Code, Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Law on Social Insurance, and guiding documents.
 

2. Employers, agencies, and organizations are responsible for ensuring that workers in occupations specified in Clause 1 are entitled to benefits on labor protection, wages, and social insurance prescribed in the Labor Code, Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Law on Social Insurance, and guiding documents.

3. Every year, ministries proactively review the list of occupations and jobs that are hazardous and dangerous to propose appropriate amendments and supplements with socio-economic development and science and technology management.
 

 
1. TARGET

PART 1: ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
  • Module 1: Awareness of quality management system according to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 (1 day)
  • General introduction to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. 
 
PART 2: ENVIRONMENTAL LEGAL SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
- Module 2: Environmental legal system (0.5 days)
  • Legal regulations in corporate environmental management.
  • Instructions for implementing environmental procedures: EIA report, environmental protection project, registration of environmental protection plan, environmental monitoring report, asking for permission to exploit underground water.
  • Implement industrial waste management: wastewater, industrial solid waste, domestic solid waste, and hazardous waste.
- Module 3: Legal system and management of occupational safety and health in enterprises (0.5 days)
  • Overview of labor protection, labor safety, labor hygiene, and work accidents.
  • Guidance on implementing legal regulations on occupational safety and hygiene.
  • Guidance on organizational structure, assignment of responsibilities and authorities regarding safety and labor productivity in the enterprise.
  • Professional work of self-inspection, investigation, statistics, and reporting of work accidents.


 
PART 3: SAFETY TECHNIQUES
 
- Module 4. Safety techniques (2 days)
  • Confined space safety.
  • Working at height safety.
  • Electrical safety.
  • Chemical safety.
  • Lifting equipment safety.
  • Pressure equipment safety.
  • Fire and explosion safety.
  • Hand-held tools safety.
 
5. CERTIFICATE AFTER THE COURSE
