At our facility, two high-performance fiber laser cutting machines with laser powder of 30,000W are dedicated to sheet-metal cutting, delivering high precision and smooth edges on mild steel/stainless steel up to 80mm thick and aluminum plates up to 45mm thick.
For pipe and tube processing, the EMC-3560P Laser Pipe-Cutting Machine handles diameters up to 300mm and lengths up to 9.1m, featuring full-automatic rotation and feeding for efficient, high-accuracy production. This reduces the need for a further operation that was traditionally done by stamping or engraving.
We utilize a state-of-the-art with transfer processing table and automated sheet loading to reduce costs and increase output. Using this high-grade equipment, we provide quality precision work with efficient turnaround times.
Materials typically cut on our LASER machine include:
- Mild steels ≤ 80mm
- Stainless steels ≤ 100mm
- Aluminium ≤ 45mm
Our CNC laser cutting service is only one part of our sheet metal engineering capabilities. At our facilities in Vietnam, we also offer an allin-one fully CNC turret punching which is fast, accurate, and more cost-effective than laser on most materials up to 5mm thick.
