General introduction

- People who work in an environment with an infection source and only use it for distant contact, not for close contact.

- For the purpose of Covid-19 prevention, level 3 medical protective clothing is mainly used for people working in F0 isolation places but only for distant contact, not for close contact or high-density contact.

Materials

- Medical protective clothing currently has 4 levels classified based on barrier performance, ability to limit the penetration of bacteria and lets, including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4. Each level will have standards of testing, corresponding to different materials and designs.

- Level 3 medical protective clothing products must meet the waterproof standard according to AATCC 42 and AATCC 127 (set test levels higher than Level 2).

- Besides, the material used is PP fabric with PE lamination to increase the water resistance of the fabric. At the same time, the Level 3 standard requires a guarantee of resistance to s through the seam (AATCC 127 test). The seams are required to be pressed, sealed so that water does not penetrate and air does not enter through the seam edge, which is performed only by specialized presses that meet the standards.

- In order to ensure the safety of users, the fabric used to make Covid-19 epidemic prevention clothing must be tested for no heavy metal residues in the fabric.

Packaging method and materials

- Packaging method:

1 set of medical protective clothing packed in 1 PE cover includes:

+ Shirts, pants and hats.

+ Foot cover.

- Products will be packed in PE bags and vacuum-sealed to ensure sterility when reaching the user.

- Medical protective clothing should be slightly wider than the body so that during exercise, the body is not uncomfortable and hot. For Vietnams climate, it is not recommended to wear protective clothing that is too tight, it will easily make the users tired.

Use and storage instruction

- Instructions for use:

Open the product packaging at the opening position.
Use all the parts in the kit, note that all the zippers need to be pulled, the drawstring should be tightened to ensure that there are no openings at the contact points.
Products are only used once.
For use cases in infectious environments, they need to be resolved appropriately before being eliminated into the environment according to industry standards.
