LEVEL 2 HUYNH GIA MEDICAL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

General introduction

- Level 2 protective clothing mainly serves individuals operating in low-infectious environments, without direct contact with the source of infection.

- For the purpose of Covid-19 prevention, level 2 protective clothing is mainly used for people working in the F1 isolation place, not safe for the F0 isolation place, and only for long-distance contact, not for close contact.

Materials

- The protective clothes have 4 levels, corresponding to 4 different levels of protection, ability to limit the penetration of bacteria and lets, including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4. Each level will have standards for testing, corresponding to different materials and designs.

- The level 2 protective clothing all passed the waterproof standard AATCC 42 and AATCC 127. The materials used are PP (polypropylene) 30g plus cover 15g of 1 PE layer is 45g/square meter to completely block water from penetrating the cloth. It may be required to be thicker (60g or more), but increased thickness reduces ventilation, making it easier to heat.

- Level 2 is similar to level 1, using AATCC 42 test but requires water-proof ability higher than level 1 (≲ 1.0g).

- PP Nonwoven with PE layer is the raw material to make level 2 protective clothing.

- The level 2 protective clothing of Huynh Gia also ensures that the fabric does not contain any balanced metal, as mandated by the Ministry of Health.

Packaging method and materials

- Packaging method:

1 set of medical protective clothing packed in 1 PE cover includes:

+ Shirts, pants and hats.

+ Foot cover.

- Products will be packed in PE bags and vacuum-sealed to ensure sterility when reaching the user.

- Medical protective clothing should be slightly wider than the body so that during exercise, the body is not uncomfortable and hot. For Vietnams climate, it is not recommended to wear protective clothing that is too tight, it will easily make the users tired.

Use and storage instruction

- Instructions for use:

Open the product packaging at the opening position.
Use all the parts in the kit, note that all the zippers need to be pulled, the drawstring should be tightened to ensure that there are no openings at the contact points.
Products are only used once.
For use cases in infectious environments, they need to be resolved appropriately before being eliminated into the environment according to industry standards.
