- The tube part is a piece woven from tubular PP plastic
- It is thinner than the body material.
Duffle top:
- The mouth of the jumbo bag is sewn about 40″ higher (or according to the orders request).
- After filling the material up to the mouth of the bag, the cover will be closed to protect the product inside.
- Jumbo bags (FIBCs) are commonly used to store granular or powdered products.

- FIBC bags without lids are generally used to store bulk or granular products
❖ The body of the jumbo bag

- Usually jumbo bags (FIBC) have 4 lifting loops (about 15″-18″ higher than the bag mouth) sewn at the 4 corners of the bag mouth so that the cranes / forklifts can easily move the bags.
- In some special cases, the lifting straps are sewn with 2 additional horizontal loops connecting each of the two corner loops together (forming 2 parallel loops). When in use, the crane / forklift will hook on these 2 horizontal loops to move the bag.
❖ Sewing patterns of 4 lifting straps at 4 corners of jumbo bag mouth
- U-shaped sewing : Each lifting loop will be sewn on 2 side edges.
- Elliptical sewing: Each lifting loop will be sewn into the seam along the 4 sides of the body.
❖ Other ingredients

- Graphics and printing: The main printing technology is Flexo, the content can be printed on demand
- Printing capacity: Print from 1 to 4 sides, up to 5 colors per side.
