- Origin:
+ Arabica coffee beans originated from the southwestern plateau of the Ethiopian Democratic Republic in Africa and bred in many parts of the world including Vietnam.
+ Arabica coffee accounts for about 70% of the worlds total coffee output.
- Processing of Arabica coffee beans: Dry the haversted coffee beans for moisture to 12 to 13%. The dry process takes about 25 to 30 days.
- Storage: Store dried coffee beans in a container and put in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture.
