1. Production process

Rubber rollers are manufactured at the factory on a closed line according to the following process:

- Fabrication of steel billets.

- Balancing product on the dynamic balancing machine.

- Cleaning billet.

- Applying adhesive.

- Wrapping the rubber on the shaft on the automatic winding machine.

- Curing.

- Product stabilization.

- Grinding into a circle

- Polishing the rubber surface with a special machine.

- Checking the product.

- Packing and storage.

3. Technical advice
