1. Quick Details

- For commercial and kitchen cabinets/ furniture manufacturing and exporting to the US market which requiring EPA Carb Phase II / TSCA Title VI certificate. This is a specialized product line of AMC for the US market, invested to improve the quality to the highest level to meet the rigorous requirements such as no overlap, no hollow, no exposed seam on the surface, suitable for UV paint, polishing, processing grooves, drills, etc manufacturing kitchen cabinets and furniture exported to the US market.

2. Descriptions

- Size: standard 1220 x 2440 mm (or 4x8’) (+/- 2mm) (Other sizes please contact)

- Thickness: From 3mm to 25mm, common: 5.2mm,12mm, 15mm, 18mm (or 1/4”, 1/2", 5/8”, 3/4”)

- Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.3mm

- Surface veneer: Natural Birch, White Birch, Yellow Birch

- Grade: C, D+, D, E+, E or B, BB, CP, C (C2 grade is common for US market)

- Core: Acacia, Eucalyptus (plantation hardwood in Vietnam)

- Sanding: Sanding core, Sanding face/back

- Glue: MR, Melamine

- Emission level: E0 with EPA Carb/TSCA compliant (E2 and E1 also available)

- Density: 600-720kg/CBM
