STEEL POLE FROM 35 TO 500KV

1. Introduce

- Steel pole products are used to transmit and distribute electricity, and are arranged outdoors. Steel poles height are 15m, 18m, 21m, 27m, 29m, 36m, etc with voltage from 110-500KV.

2. Details

- Electric steel poles are one of the companys key products. With the product understanding, so we have precision fabrication to ensure good erection for projects.

- All steel pole products are strictly tested according to a closed process from the time of deploying, erection on computers using Teckla software. That ensures the process is implemented precisely to the smallest detail.

- All the pole details including the main body, the code plate, the bracing bar are punched on CNC machines with 100% high accuracy. The product must be erect before moving to the hot dip galvanizing stage. On the pole details, there are special symbols that are sunk to avoid confusion between poles.

- The pole details after being hot-dip galvanized will go through the inspection to ensure the technical, aesthetic and coating thickness requirements are satisfactory, then they are packed to be ready for delivery to the client.
