WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR PAPER INDUSTRY

1. General description
- With the waste water composition with a high cellulose content, it is necessary to have a well-trained wastewater treatment process to treat it well!
- To produce 1 ton of pulp we have to discharge 2 to 3 tons of waste into the environment and 200 to 500 m3 of wastewater

2. Processing process
- Pretreatment: Separating garbage, sand from the common sewer system by a fixed system of trash racks, mechanics and trash separator system, separating sediment and floating substances.
- Mechanical treatment:
+ Neutralizes the pH of wastewater
+ The flocculant separates the ice deposits by gravity deposition or flotation
- Biological treatment: It is necessary to go through 2 stages: anaerobic treatment and aerobic treatment to remove BOD, COD and bring organic pollution criteria to the permitted standard level.
- Finishing: Ensure the criteria specified in the standard before discharging wastewater into receiving sources outside the environment. Including stages: secondary clearing, sterilization, etc
