1. Technical features:
- The machine is manufactured according to the principle of double conveyor filter pressing.
- Conveyor speed is stepless adjustable by inverter.
- Each conveyor is automatically adjusted when operating by the pneumatic mechanism.
- The pressure between the two conveyors is adjusted by compressed air to increase the dryness of the sludge.
- Each line of conveyors is equipped with a separate tape washing system.
- Concentration of mixed mud loaded in 1-5% of sediment.
- Moisture content of pressed residue reaches 65-86% (depending on the type of sludge).
- Material made of SUS304 has high chemical resistance.
- Flexible design to meet the specific requirements of customers for each type of sludge and different capacity.
