CHAIN GRATE THERMAL OIL BOILER
1. Introduction
- This burning process is similar to the automatic stocker and quite useful for small capacity boilers ( below 16,000,000 kCal/h)
- This is used to supply heated oil for production sites or factories where they need high temperature for their processes.
- The oil working temperature range: up to 400 Celsius
- The oil working pressure range: up to 15 bar (g)
- Fuel feeding system: The thermal oil boiler system is equipped with multi-fuel feeding system consisting of: Fuel receiving hopper with weight scale, fuel feeding belt conveyors
- Furnace-boiled body: Perfect design for fuel burning thoroughly and large heating face such as: Chain -grate furnace, ID Fan, FD Fan, convection and radiation tube, etc
- Air Pre-heater: Recover the heat from the boiler flue gas which increases the thermal efficiency of the boiler by reducing the useful heat lost in the flue gas
- Dust colector: We have been designed Dust Collector including: Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP), bag filter or multi-cyclone with vantury to meet the prevailing stringent pollution control norms
