- Gas-conducting rubber tube (also known as a blind-reinforced rubber tube) is a specialized oil-resistant, heat-resistant and has good chemical conductivity. To serve the needs and development of the chemical industry, Rubber 75 Co., Ltd. supplies and distributes high quality gas-carrying rubber pipes.

2. Classification of reinforced rubber pipes

- Rubber pipes are divided into: Oil-resistant, heat-resistant, pressure-resistant pipes used to conduct oil, compressed air, water, sandblasting, and chemical.

- Rubber pipes are manufactured according to ISO 1307: 1992 standard of extremely good chemical conductivity, withstand high working pressure.

3. Product Structure

The rubber tube is composed of 3 parts:
- Core rubber layer made of high wear resistant material,
- The adhesive rubber lamination helps the tube withstand working pressure,
- The shell is made of rubber material that withstands the working environment, and is durable to the tropical climate.

The grades and sizes are as follows:
+> Rubber pipes with rims:
Φ6 - Φ50 x Lmax = 20000 with pressure from P = 0.5MPa - 5.0MPa
+> Rubber pipes with rims:
Φ55 - Φ300 x Lmax = 10000 with pressure from P = 0.5MPa - 2.5MPa
