TEXTILE DYEING WASTEWATER TREATMENT

1. General Description

- Textile wastewater is heavily polluted in the living environment such as color, pH, suspended matter, BOD, COD, temperature which are in excess of the permitted discharge standards into the receiving source.

- In particular, the color temperature in the wastewater is difficult to handle because the color temperature changes depending on the color of the fabric dye, which requires the system operator to have the technique to the operating procedure.

2. Wastewater Treatment Process

- All wastewater from production stages of the plant will follow the system of ditches that flow through the trash rack and be concentrated in the collection tank.

- Wastewater is pumped through the regulating tank to stabilize the flow, stabilize the concentration of wastewater to help the next treatment process more efficient.

- In the biological tank, microorganisms will use the dissolved oxygen in the water to decompose organic compounds in wastewater. Oxygen will be supplied continuously into the tank.

- Wastewater continues to be led to biological sedimentation tanks to separate the amount of bio-sludge and sediment content.

- Wastewater after Fenton reactor will automatically flow into level 2 sedimentation tanks. Finally, wastewater will be pumped with high pressure to the pressure filter to remove small residue components in the wastewater.
