LAN NETWORK SOLUTION
1. Select the networking technology for installing the LAN system:
- Intranet system deploys to connect according to standards used in LAN, UTP Cat5E standard network cable reaches CE standard, distance less than 100m, bandwidth supports 100/1000 Mbps. Between areas which are more than 100m apart, are connected by Cat6 E cable with CE standard.
- To ensure high-speed connection and information exchange, network nodes need to be arranged so that the wire distance from each terminal to the center is within the above distance. When connecting to wide area network, WAN will use multi mode fiber optic cable, single mode fiber optic cable and corresponding optical modules).
- Due to the long distance buildings and to ensure the system administration and construction is convenient, easy to maintain, it is necessary to build the trunk roads of the network with 6 E cat cable to ensure the bandwidth of 1000 Mbps. When necessary, it is possible to upgrade using multi-mode fiber cable to ensure the transmission speed.
- The UTP network cable connected to the workstation, the server connected to the junction box (wall plate) type of RJ45 communication, the terminal side connected to switches is connected via wiring board (spatch) panel) RJ45 interface for easy system administration. Through wall sockets, patch panel wiring panels, network wiring will be connected to devices with jump cord (patch cord) UTP type CAT5e cable, CAT6 RJ45 communication.
- To protect the cable, UTP network cables are put in plastic gene tube floating on the wall or floor. At the center, the equipment installed in 42U type Rack ensures both aesthetics of the network center and the safety of equipment at the center.
- With the above-mentioned design, the networks require 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, 32-bit PCI, RJ45. The switch needs to choose the type of 48 communication ports and 24 ports of RJ45 interface, speed up to 10/100/1000 Mbps., Each switch has 2 optical ports (Mini GBIC) to connect to the Central Switch.
2. LAN system components:
- The network is basically divided into modules:
- Structured cable network infrastructure system.
- Device cooling system.
- Storage and data backup system.
- Server and workstation system
- Security equipment system.
- Internet connection system (available).
3. The LAN network construction process includes the following steps:
- Step 1: Survey about network system that customers require.
- Step 2: Consultancy on choosing design solution, consulting on choosing type of equipment
- Step 3: Create a drawing plan for the whole system
- Step 4: Set up deployment time, estimated time to complete installation of the entire network
- Step 5: Bidding for the whole system
- Step 6: Deploy network installation
- Step 7: Instructions for using, setting up a complete drawing map of the network
- Step 8: Hand over the whole system
