1. Purchase Order or Contract: 01 certified copy
2. Commercial Invoice: 01 copy
3. Packing List): 01 copy
4. (Airway Bill/ Bill of lading): 01 copy
5. Invoice of shipping fee (in case delivery under condition of FOB, Exwork,..) : 01 copy
6. (Certificate of Origin) (if any): 01 original copy
7. Registration of specialized test (if any): original copy
8. License (if any): 01 original copy
9. Copies of other documents (if any) such as Quality Certificate ℅ - Certificate of Quality, Health Certificate (Health Certificate), Certificate of Analysis CA - Certificate of Analysis, ...
10. Other documents required by the Customs (if any) ...: photos, related documents, catalogs, ... of the shipment
