MEGUM GLUE

1. Detail description

* Uses:
• Megum 128 is a lead-free adhesive used to bond between rubber and metal mixes or hard materials under conditions of curing at the same time.
• In addition, megum 128 can be used independently to attach polarized rubber such as nitrile and chlorinated rubber to metal and other flexible materials.

* User manual:
• Manual gluing method: Do not dilute, dry time 30 minutes at 20 ° C, pay attention to stir carefully before and during use.
• Spray method with air:
+) Use diluent Xylene, Methylethylketon (MEK), Methylisobutyketon (MIBK).
+) Dilution ratio: 1 part of Megum 128 + 0.3 diluent.
+) Viscosity after dilution: 5-30 mpa.s
+) Drying time: 15 minutes at 20 ° C.
+) Spray gun: Pillot III, or Walther
+) Spray head: 1.0 mm
+) Spraying pressure: 3-4 bar
+) Stir well before using.
