3-LAYER CARTON BOX

1. Introduction:

3-layer carton or 3-layer carton package is a box with 1 sine wave in the middle and 2 outer sides. The carton is made up of 3 layers of paper, including 2 flat outer layers and a layer of middle waves, so it is called a 3-layer carton.

2. Product structure:

Structure of 3-layer carton box:
- Surface layer: The outer layer of paper, white, yellow or brown, is usually a smooth, smooth paper.
- Middle layer: The layer of paper made up of corrugated paper layers, grooves, glued to the surface and bottom layer acts as a layer of carton cushion.
- Bottom layer: It can be a normal paper layer or a hard paper layer to assist in support.

The quality & texture of each carton sheet is specially designed according to the application, the surface paper can be white, brown or yellow paper.
There are 4 main types of waves that make up the grooves, the winding of the carton paper, here are the names of those 4 types: Wave A, B wave, C wave and E wave.
