1. Introduction

- Conveyor structure includes the following main parts:
+ Conveyor frame: made of steel or stainless steel, reinforced with sturdy and firm bars
+ Conveyor belts: Usually 2mm and 3mm thick PVC tape or 1.5mm thick PU tape
+ Support rollers are made of galvanized or stainless steel Ø25, Ø32, Ø38.
+ Transmission chain or belt conveyor.
+ Conveyor controller: Inverter, sensor, timer, sensor, PLC, ...
+ Geared motors output from 25W to 2.2KW.
- Structure of roller frame:
+ Size: L3500 x W800 x H850mm:
+ Shoulder frame C folded 40x80xt = 2.5mm.
+ 40x80xt box steel frame = 1.5mm.
+ D60xL800mm roller, galvanized.
