- Our products are insulated PU panels with dimensions according to customer requirements. With a team of freight trucks, the product will be transported to the construction site as the request of the customer.

* Production process

- Corrugated iron machine: Stainless steel sheet is made by a wave generator, making the corrugated iron surface more sturdy and aesthetic. Rolling a variety of waves to suit a variety of uses. After being rolled, steel sheet is used to cover the outside of the product

- PU foaming machine: The sheet is then put into the mold and sprayed by high pressure PU glue injection machine, spraying with high pressure so that the product has the best uniform quality and forming a complete plate form for the product.

 * Application

  Insulated, soundproof PU panel is applied in the cold storage of goods, seafood and agricultural products. Stable temperature storage helps products always keep the best quality. With the light and flexible characteristic, PU panels are also used to assemble factories to make it easy for moving.
