☞Geotube HD-G (Geotube) helps minimize the energy of waves when it spreads ashore, is the most effective measure to protect the coast against erosion.
☞Eliminating remote waves by placing geotubes 100m ÷ 200m from the shore. The dimensions of Geotube can be adjusted to meet the requirements and can reach large diameters such as: d = (2.4m ÷ 3.82m) and the circumference of 7.5 m ÷ 12 m corresponding to sand height from (1.35m ÷ 2m)
☞To build dikes to protect beaches against landslides caused by strong waves, storms, tropical depressions, and tides. Geotubes are used along the coast and then are filled by sand to form soft protective dikes.
☞To build dikes for sea encroachment - Sand is pumped into geotubes to form large and long dikes protecting the interior as artificial islands.
☞Restoring the shallow beaches - At high tide, currents carrying sand grains are deposited, which are retained by geotubes at low tide.
