- How to make rice buns:
+ Add 400g of rice bun flour to 600 ml of water, stir well, then use a sieve.
+ Put 300g of sugar in 200 ml of water, cook and sieve again.
+ Pour the sieved sugar water into the stirred flour, mix well.
+ Boil the pot with water for about 15 minutes and then put the boil in for 5 minutes.
+ After that, pour the flour into the bowl, steaming for another 5 minutes.
