- Formerly known as Vinh Thuan Food Flour Base, established in 1985, the company specializes in manufacturing high quality flour including dumpling flour.
- Ingredients: Wheat flour, cassava powder, dry yeast, foaming agent.
- How to make dumplings with Vinh Thuan flour:
+ Step 1: Add 1 packet of dry yeast and 100g sugar in 200ml of fresh milk (Or water) to stir, then pour 400g of flour (Remember to leave about 2 tablespoons to make a coat). for about 10 minutes and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then knead it for another 10 minutes.
+ Step 2: Incubate the dough for 60 minutes.
+ Step 3: Take the dough and pull it into a sausage shape, then cut it evenly into 8 smaller dough. Then twist the notch to form a dumpling shape, place them on the lined paper.
+ Step 4: Steam the dumpling, boil the water withق tablespoons of vinegar to whiten the dumplings. Steam for about 10 minutes, remove the lid to clean the water on the lid, cover and steam for another 10 minutes.
