Fuji Ice researches, manufactures and tests passive temperature control solutions that keep goods within their required temperature range without any power source. Our products are used in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare, cell and gene therapy, fresh and frozen food, ice cream and cold-chain logistics. Our manufacturing plant is located in Long Hau Industrial Park, Vietnam.

Gel Packs (Rigid)

Common dimensions: 235 × 180 × 27 mm. HDPE shell, heat-sealed leak-proof cap.

(*) Tested in the Fuji Ice laboratory at 20°C ambient, using a Fuji Parcel 14 L insulated box with 6 gel packs of the same type.

(**) For industrial or professional use only.

(***) For freeze-sensitive vaccines, gel packs must be temperature-conditioned before packing and must not be placed in direct contact with vaccines. Fuji Ice advises on the packing configuration for each vaccine type.

IceVerify Technology

A thermal indicator is built directly into the PCM of the Fuji Frozen Gen 2 range (S16C, S18C). When the gel is fully frozen, its colour changes from dark blue to light blue and a crystal cloud appears. Packing staff can check the frozen state visually, without measuring tools, and avoid using gel packs that are not fully frozen.

Insulated Boxes

• Fuji Parcel: 14, 26, 27, 48, 63 L. PUR panels with aluminium foil facing.
• Fuji Pallet PUR: 510 L and 1,020 L. PUR panels with aluminium foil facing.
• Fuji Shipper: 18–150 L. Waterproof fabric shell, XPS or PIR insulation core.

Box hold time depends on the gel pack configuration and ambient temperature. Fuji Ice designs and tests each configuration to customer requirements.
