Product description:
5-layer carton boxes have a structure consisting of paper layers as follows:
- 1 outer liner (face layer)
- 2 fluted (corrugated) layers
- 1 inner liner placed between the two fluted layers and one bottom layer
A 5-layer carton structure consists of two fluted layers sandwiched between three flat linerboards.
5-layer cartons are used for carton boxes. Depending on market supply and demand, we will manufacture or advise customers to obtain products with the most suitable specifications and technical standards.
Paper pallets:
The pallet surface is made from high-quality corrugated cardboard with 5 layers, 7 layers, or 10 layers.
The pallet legs are made from compressed cardboard sheets bonded together with adhesive and covered with a thin outer carton layer.
The pallet legs are firmly bonded to the pallet surface using specialized adhesive.
