Dien Bien Homestay & Ethnic Experience Tour

(4 days / 3 nights)

Reasons why you will love this itinerary:

Battle of Dien Bien Phu:

The Battle of Dien Bien Phu was a significant military engagement that took place during the First Indochina War from March 13 to May 7, 1954. It was fought between the French Union’s colonial forces and the Viet Minh communist revolutionaries led by General Vo Nguyen Giap. The battle resulted in a decisive victory for the Viet Minh, leading to the end of French colonial rule in Vietnam and setting the stage for the division of Vietnam into North and South, ultimately paving the way for the Vietnam War.

Community Based – Tourism Village:

Long village, located on a high mountain of Pha Din Pass, boasts poetic beauty with captivating check-in points such as Ham Rong Mountain, Tiger Cave, Plum Forest, Pine Hill, Cat Ear Rocky Beach, and a valley of terraced fields, offering glimpses of white misty clouds.

With a 100% population of Mong ethnic minority people, the village showcases a unique cultural identity, rustic way of life, and friendly and hospitable villagers. The delicious and pure cuisine further enhances the experience, providing favorable conditions for tourists to relax, visit, and explore.

Visitors to this place can immerse themselves in the daily life of the inhabitants through homestay experiences. Witnessing the break of dawn, observing the pink sun rising over the mountaintop, and basking in the golden sunlight spreading across the grass and trees, guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air amidst the incredibly majestic terrain—a scene that can evoke ecstasy in the soul of a poet.
