PRODUCTION AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Currently, Yoshimoto Vietnam maintains a network of approximately 30 partner factories, primarily concentrated in the Ho Chi Minh City area.
Since expanding into the Vietnamese market in 2012, we have surveyed over 200 local factories. Drawing on more than 50 years of metal machining experience in Japan, we have carefully ed and collaborated with high-potential facilities, building sustainable relationships through technical cooperation and mutual support. This has resulted in a robust supplier network of 30 active partners today.
As of September 2025, we have successfully delivered approximately 3,000 product drawings, equivalent to 150,000 components, maintaining a defect rate of less than 0.5%.
We are capable of meeting diverse requirements, ranging from High-Mix Low-Volume (HMLV) orders to mass production.
For instance, we can fulfill orders starting from just a single drawing and a single unit.
How do we achieve this? Our parent company - Yoshimoto Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. - has long established itself as a reliable supplier that partners with customers from the product development stage through to mass production. Yoshimoto Vietnam was established to inherit and build upon that extensive expertise.
While there is a common perception that overseas manufacturing may lag behind Japan in terms of technique and quality, our local team possesses a deep understanding of "Japanese Quality" standards. Independent Material Verification
In overseas production, many customers are concerned about material availability or the authenticity of specified materials. To address this, Yoshimoto Vietnam conducts independent material inspections before machining. Furthermore, if required, we provide material certifications or documentation proving compliance with RoHS directives upon request.
Diverse Equipment - Flexible Response
Yoshimoto Vietnam utilizes a wide range of machinery, including Machining Centers, CNC lathes, automatic lathes, wire-cut EDM, and grinding machines, allowing us to respond flexibly to all customer requirements.
By strengthening our quality management system, we have established a stable production system with high flexibility. Additionally, we can manage specialized processes such as heat treatment (hardening) and surface treatment.
