1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
– Packaging specifications:
+ Vacuum-sealed PA bags (standard: 1kg x 25 bags)
+ Nitrogen-flushed cans (standard: 1kg x 10 cans)
– Product characteristics: Long, translucent grains naturally fragrant soft, sweet, and sticky when cooked.
– Rice variety: ST24.
– Cultivation area: Coastal provinces of the Mekong Delta.
2. LONG CHAU ORGANIC RICE PRODUCTION PROCESS
– Cultivation:
- Produced under a closed organic farming system, clean from start to finish - from rice-shrimp rotational farming to harvesting, processing, preservation, and packaging.
- Absolutely no preservatives or pesticides are used.
– Processing and preservation:
- After harvesting, paddy rice is transferred to the factory for drying and milling.
- It is then stored in OBIAL cold storage silos imported from Europe, which help maintain freshness and extend the product’s quality cycle.
– Packaging:
- Finished rice is packed in vacuum-sealed PA bags or nitrogen-flushed cans, ensuring long-lasting freshness and hygiene.
