Standard trays

Our standard trays are designed with ready-made moulds, allowing customers to save on tooling costs. Each tray features stackable ridges that enable 180-degree rotation for optimal space efficiency.

Materials available:

• PET (0.3 mm – 0.7 mm)

• PP (0.4 mm – 0.7 mm)

• Specialized films: Anti-static PET film, anti-static PP film (contact us for special material requests)

Specifications:

▸ Tray size: 254 mm × 353 mm

▸ Compartment dimensions: Length and width in multiples of 5 mm, maximum depth 40 mm

▸ Once drawing and samples are confirmed, dimensions cannot be modified

▸ Mould design is based on PET 0.5 mm

Order quantity: Minimum 250 pcs
Note: Dimensional deviations may occur depending on material type, thickness, and size.

Food trays
