Return and exchange policy

• For trash bins, plastic baskets, and other non-pallet items: Customers shall inspect and report defects immediately upon delivery. All confirmed defective goods will be accepted for return and replaced with new items within 07 subsequent days.

• For pallets: We provide a 06-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Within the warranty period, all defective products will be replaced on a one-for-one basis within 07 days from the date of defect confirmation by both buyer and seller.

• Customers shall not bear any costs for warranty or product replacement services.
