WEDGE WIRE CYLINDRICAL FILTER
The wedge wire cylindrical filter is used in the flow from ion exchange vessels and serves as a means to minimize ion exchange resin loss. We can design traps to capture carrier particles of any size. With continuous slot openings, the traps provide sufficient open area to allow smooth flow. Haixing offers a range of resin traps suitable for almost every application. All are available in a variety of construction materials with multiple flange connections and housings. In vessels using hydrochloric acid for regeneration, resin traps must be constructed using Hastelloy.

- Filter made of stainless steel wedge wire with V-shaped screen slots, effectively blocking resin impurities.
- Wedge wires are arranged circumferentially on support rods, ensuring screen filtration area without clogging and avoiding impurity concentration.
- All resin traps are welded for durability and long service life.
- After a period of use, backwash filtration is possible for multiple uses.
